score4more - The B2B Sustainability Impact Startup
Founded in 2022, score4more aims to boost sustainability within companies and across entire industries. We are building a digital platform for change agents and businesses, connecting three pillars:
DATA: We compile company sustainability performance into a profile, making it comparable within industries.
KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER: We highlight sustainable innovations and drive global knowledge sharing by showcasing solutions.
PEOPLE: We connect and support changemakers—heroes who champion sustainable transformation in companies and drive it forward as change agents.
As part of a project for the German Sustainability Award, we have already created over 2,000 company profiles. The score4more platform and community continue to grow daily. We are evolving as a startup, constantly seeking the most significant levers for sustainable transformation.

HOW YOU CREATE IMPACT
Your contributions will include:
Building one of the largest global impact platforms.
Empowering change agents to implement sustainability within companies.
Analyzing companies using scalable methodologies, making their sustainability performance transparent and comparable.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Haves:
A degree (Bachelor's and/or Master’s) in social sciences, business, engineering, data analytics, environmental sciences or related fields.
At least three years of experience in data analytics and/or sustainability consulting.
In-depth knowledge of relevant reporting standards and regulations, such as ESG and CSRD.
Proficiency in Excel and data management—able to create and analyze spreadsheets and databases effortlessly.
Basic knowledge of AI and machine learning, with interest and initial practical experience in these fields.
A mission-driven mindset with a strong commitment to sustainable transformation.
A collaborative team player who prioritizes diversity, inclusion, and equity.
Excellent German and English language skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in data analysis and interpretation for deriving actionable insights.
Basic Python knowledge, especially for data-related tasks.
Familiarity with datasets, including structure, maintenance, and usage.
Experience in startups, particularly in early-stage environments, with a proven ability to build structures and strategies.
Familiarity with leadership and self-organization frameworks, such as servant leadership.
Cross-industry or consulting experience is a plus.
